OUR STORY
Healthcare should meet people where they are—not leave them behind.
A simple truth sparked a powerful mission.
The Beginning
A²CES A to A Community Events and Screenings began with a collective realization: traditional healthcare systems were failing too many people. Unhoused individuals, uninsured families, and marginalized communities were slipping through the cracks—not because they didn’t want care, but because they couldn’t reach it.
What if instead of waiting for people to come to a clinic, healthcare came to them? What if services were mobile, culturally responsive, and built around community trust? That idea became the seed for A to A.
Our Mission in Action
From vision to grassroots impact.
What started as a bold idea has grown into a full-scale initiative powered by 16 healthcare organizations—including hospitals, clinics, public health departments, dental services, and clinical pharmacists. We unite under a shared mission: to eliminate barriers to care by delivering health screenings, preventive services, and wellness education directly into communities.

Our events aren’t just clinical—they’re compassionate. We don’t just screen for health issues; we connect people to long-term solutions, wraparound services, and care providers who understand their stories.

We’re building more than a program—
we’re building a movement.

At A to A , we believe that true strength comes from connection. By offering accessible health screenings, wellness events, and meaningful partnerships, we’re working to bridge gaps in care and bring resources directly to the communities that need them most. Every event is more than a service—it’s a step toward creating healthier, stronger, and more resilient neighborhoods where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
