Dr. Xavier Bryant is the founder and owner of RxMTM Consultants, LLC, a pharmacy entrepreneur, and a licensed pharmacist in Georgia. His career reflects an unwavering commitment to advancing pharmacy practice and improving healthcare delivery. Through RxMTM Consultants, he has led high-level consulting initiatives that have shaped pharmacy healthcare systems across Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and internationally in Nigeria. These systems expand patient access to pharmacy services, health foods, vitamins, durable medical equipment, and laboratory testing.

Dr. Bryant also owns and operates Rx Meds Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia, applying his expertise in a community-centered setting. A proud alumnus of Clark Atlanta University, he earned his B.S. in Chemistry in 2005, later serving as a Research Chemist Fellow at the CDC’s Personal Care Products division. Driven to enhance patient care, he completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at Mercer University’s Southern School of Pharmacy in 2011, supplementing his credentials with certifications in Diabetes Education, Medication Therapy Management, Pharmacy Ownership, and Community Outreach.

An assistant clinical professor at Mercer University College of Pharmacy and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Bryant also serves as Pharmacy Coordinator for the H.E.A.L. Clinic at Morehouse School of Medicine. He is dedicated to mentoring future pharmacists, including students at Global Impact Academy.

In 2015, he founded 360 Health Inc., a nonprofit that trains pharmacy students in point-of-care services and pharmacy ownership, positively impacting thousands. Through his entrepreneurial ventures, academic leadership, and community service, Dr. Bryant continues to drive innovation, expand healthcare access, and inspire the next generation of pharmacy professionals.
